This post is a bit outdated, isn’t? I can’t find in Academy any “RPA Developer Foundation” Learning Plan referenced in the post.

Correct! Thank you for pointing it out. I gave the page a small refresh.

The old Academy courses are still counted for this badge, of course. But if you cannot find them, it means that they were replaced with the new ones, and this is now also reflected in the topic that you linked (it was already the case behind the scenes as far as the badge-granting automation is concerned).
