Issues with the API

Hopefully this will be an easy fix…

We have a robot that is triggered by an external API call from Alteryx. This call used to work and everything was fine.

Now when we run the Alteryx workflow that calls the api its returning that the credentials are invalid. I have changed the credentials to my own and it still states that they are invalid.

This has only started happening since the changes were made to the platform.

I hope you have external API developed before moving the platform orchestrator to Cloud. There are lot of steps involved to authenticate now after moving to cloud.
