Issues with automating an economy tool called Agresso

Hi all! I am automating a toll called Agresso. It is used in economics and handling salary, refunds and so on in an organisation. Automating the native client is working quite well, I cannot extract all the information I need, but I am using the good old tool called copying and get pasteboard. Works flawlessly.

But, from time to time the process stops. And the error is happening at random times it seems. Just look at the screenshots below. This happend around once a week. The process is running at 21:00 in the evening, when the load on the software itself is pretty low. Anyone having the same issues as I am having? All help or tips would be perfect! Any way to globally fetch information on what was last clicket when this issue is happening? The issue is saying “Agresso not Responding”, in Norwegian btw
