Issue with cyberark setup

Hello,
I’m having trouble with initial cyberark setup and trying to get some help. I worked with cyberark technician to set up cyberark connection in credential store and have filled out the appropriate fields. I logged into my vdi and tested the cyberark connection to retrieve a password from my service account and was able to get one manually when provided a link from my cyberark tech. I created a small automation, created a credential asset and set it to cyberark store. the automation uses get credential activity and is pointed to the asset but keep getting error “Failed to read the safe and object”. we believe the error may be with my asset configuration. Can you look at the screenshot below and see if I set this up correctly? Here is the link he provided that when done manually i get a password (i made up the 12468 number to hide the exact link but can verify that numbers is link match my setup):
FOR MORE CLARIFICATION, WHEN I MANUALLY CLICK THIS LINK, I’M ASKED FOR NETWORK CREDENTIALS BEFORE THE PASSWORD POPS UP. IS THIS AN ERROR ON HOW THE STORE IS CONFIGURED?

The value to put into External Name in the Asset is found in CyberArk on the Details tab for the account, under “Account name”:

Thanks for sharing that, Postwick. Just to clarify for anyone else following along: the “External Name” field in the UiPath asset needs to exactly match the “Account Name” in CyberArk’s account details. If that’s off by even a character, the Get Credential activity can fail with “Failed to read the safe and object.” This usually resolves the issue when set correctly.

Thanks, i will keep this in mind and mark this as the solution. I’m having other issues but i believe it’s related to cloud setup not communicating with my company network, so i don’t think it’s a setup issue.
