Issue with Creating Defect in Test Manager

Hi,

I have connected Test Manager to Jira. I’m able to create stories in Jira, that show up automatically in Requirements in Test Manager. When I try to Create Defect in Test Results, system shows information that “Defect is being created.” and nothing else happens. I would appreciate any advice on how to deal with this.

thanks for your answer, but I’ve already seen those. The point is that I can create requirements in Jira and they’re append in UiPath Test Manager. But I’m not able to create defects in Test Manager. Do I need to have Xray for that?

Yes …so you need a xray setup for the creation and sync of defects from orch to your JIRa

While configuring the JIRA and UiPath Test manager you need to select defect type as bug. and please check if Bug type category (Issue Type) is enabled at JIRA. you don’t need Xray for this.

Hi I did the same thing. But still I’m also facing same issue.

this happened to me but i discover that the bug on jira was modified to have some more field marked as required. So test manager can not fill this field and the defect was not created.

Whats the bug type you have in your JIRA configurations?
