Issue in uploading the file in external certification

hello,

Today I tried my Uipath external certification, I completed my activity and tried to upload the file.
the upload button not worked for some time, so i did opened in new browser and uploaded the same file, still the page stuck in same place.acme_test1 i closed the session and opened again ( after the time out) . now it noticed as the as below

not sure the workflow is correctly uploaded or not, any idea how to check the
I also doubt will it be uploaded more than once

now the result show as Missing file or user :frowning:

Is there anyone can help me out here please… i lost one attempt also
