Issue about reforming txt. to excel

I have a text file as the formal below,

Company Name Report received Date
Account No. Date Time Ref No.
516278 01/01/2001 00:05 986
391869 02/01/2001 00:06 698
189469 03/01/2001 00:07 695

I would like to reform it into excel file with only (Account No., Date, Time and Ref No.) as the column. There is a pattern that there are more than one ‘space’ between different column. How could I split them and ignoring the first line? And save into an excel file afterward?
