Is Plan view with Test Manager connect mandatory

Hello, Is Plan view with Test Manager connect is mandatory or we can use webhook and create webhook connection to Azure Dev ops. I have been searching azure dev ops connection with test manager but didn’t find document that I can use. Help is appricated.

Welcome to the community

Planview is mandatory and once you have test manager there is no license for planview separately…to configure integration and mapp fields you need it
