Azure is not in sync with Uipath Test Manager Portal

Hi Guys,
we have a on prem uipath test manager server, which is installed in vm, now we establish connection with Azure devops, we have created work items and tried to push it to Test manager but we didnt see any items in requirement tabs of test manager portal (no sync with Test manager portal), any suggestion what can be the issue ?
we have a private SSL certificate installed in the test manager server, can it be the issue for it ?

Have you installed and configured the UiPath Test Manager App for Azure DevOps?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, yes we installed it in Azure devops and provided the necessary values (API key, server url etc…)

And you selected the correct requirement types, I guess.
