I need to record the robot action in video

Hi

If its unattended robot then, after triggering the robot you can login to bot machine and record a video using power point or any third party software

make sure you have required RDP or Citrix access

At the moment, apart from the custom packages, there is a native function of “recording” the work of the robot by screenshots. This feature is available from the Orchestrator when creating a new process. It’s in settings down below

Have you already installed ffmpeg to your PC? If not, it’s necessary for this package.

And Record desktop video scope activity seems incorrect (it should have scope).
So can you try to use Start/Stop recording as the following image?
