Is it possible to dissable the UI Assistant?

Hi

I run a fairly small setup with a single robot on mu production environment and I use orchestrator to handle pretty much everything.
When I use the machine, from which I run my robot, the UI Assistant seems to pop up every time I run a proces and asks me to name my robots.
I do not use the assistant and I would prefer to pretty much never ever see it.

Does anyone have a solution to remove the assistant or hide it as much as possible?

I see some possible solutions for older versions, but they doesn’t seem to work on the current verion:
Studio 2022.10.5 - 1/31/2023
Enterprise License
Service-mode Installation

License Provider: Orchestrator
Activation ID:

Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 64-bit
6.0.7

@SleveMcDichael,

Welcome to the UiPath Community :tada

Even if intentionally you don’t use it but it’s required component to execute any process on the robot machine through Orchestrator.

I’m not sure which popup you are getting every time but, if it’s one time activity, get it updated.

You won’t be able to execute jobs/processes through Orchestrator if you remove it.

Thanks,

Try this approach as an Administrator user

Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features → UiPath Studio → Changes → Uncheck → Automatically Start Assistant with Windows

Go to UiPath Assistant → Preferences → General tab → uncheck Automatically Start Assistant with Windows
