I am practicing Email Automation in Lesson 11 of Level 1, Foundation Training but after setting up the IMAP when I run it I get the message below indicating “Invalid Credentials”
Now, when I go to my inbox in gmail, I also get a warning message as shown below:

Need to change account setting of email account and enable login from unrecognized device or Browser.
Hi,
You can overcome this hurdle by enabling the less secure apps option in gmail.
Type less secure apps in google and click the first link and enable it in your mentioned gmail account, 
you can look in security settings of gmail account settings page
