Instead of type into is there any other way to paste text to web

I want to copy excel data to website
but each data is a lot of words…over 10,000
type into function would take long time to type word by word…
so instead of type into is there any other way to paste text to web
like hotkey function, but not sure how to work with
row.item(“content”).ToString
