Insights (2021.10.4) Offline Installation Failure - "Failed to create docker container for Looker. "

Issue Description: MSI Installer GUI is blocked for several minutes and failed finally, failed to create docker container for Looker.


Root Cause: Extraction of the release.zip file manually to incorrect folder 'C:\Program Files\Linux Container\release' folder which is not correct.

Resolution:

  • Move all files from 'C:\Program Files\Linux Container\release' to 'C:\Program Files\Linux Container' folder
