Insights Not Loading Data From Orchestrator

When trying to use Insights data from Orchestrator such as job information and folder names are not present in the dashboard.

Data will not be reflected if Orchestrator and Insights are hosted in different regions. This can happen if there had been a previous request to move one of these services to a different region, otherwise they are hosted in the same region by default.


This can be resolved by submitting a ticket to support requesting to move these services into the same region.
