Input a text from excel or word or notepad and search that text from multiple pdf’s stored in a folder, the output must show the pdf file name in which the searched text is stored.
In my case, i have 100’s of PDF files stored in a folder and i like to know the certain text "example the word- “Studio” stored in which pdf file, The result i am looking for is 1. The name of the file and 2. The page number of the file where this word “Studio” is stored.

Hi there Prabakaran! I was able to accomplish this in my pdf application. I’m not sure which editor you use, but I use FoxIt PDF Editor and it has an “Advanced Search” functionality that allows you to search an entire folder for a word or phrase. After you search you can also export the results which contain the file name and the page number to a csv or a pdf.
If your pdf editor has this capability, you could use it and then build your bot to perform the search. Say you have an excel file with 10 phrases to search for. You could have each phrase in its own row and then utilize the for each row in Excel to perform the search for all 10 phrases.
