Import Queue information with their previous status

Hi Community,

Is possible to import a queue items from another one with their current status, like some kind of restoring a bakcup. I currently have a .csv file that was exported from a previous queue and I need to import to a new queue with their current status. Right now when I import the .csv file to the new one all the items import with status “new” and I need to keep their previous status.

You can use get queue items activity , it will get you all the queue items without changing the status and then re upload to queue items to new queue
