Get an Archive Queue Item

I’m trying to add (or change State If already exist) a unique reference Queue Item, but the queue Item is already Archive, how can i change the State to New for reprocess again?

yes, i need to set the status of a particular item to new, but the item is archive and the reference es unique, i can’t add an other Quee Item, with the same reference or get the archive queue item
