I need to automate this process

Hello guys,

I need to automate this kind of process:
The bot has to refresh the site until the state “2” appears, before this the value is empty. Time of the process to appear “2” is one hour (approximately).

I’m thinking about triggering a bot after 1 H and checking if the “2” is done and continuing with activities… IF NOT Re-check again the state “2” once time if not, send an email.
Any ideas, about what activities, should I use?
