I included email address, subject and all of the steps and it seems the process ran fine with no errors, however, I never received the email in my inbox.

in your workflow → pls unselect draft checkbox and try.

Yes, you were absolutely right, the email was in the DRAFT folder.
I went back, unchecked the draft box and re ran it, and it worked.
