I have a working assignment 1 that has been failed, but no help on why its failed

I don’t know how you get through the first assignment, if the reply to your submission is you failed, but there is no detail on what has failed. I have the process working fine for me and have run it many times. I assumed there was a technical run issue with the evaluating robot, so I have also resubmitted as a screen record session, but absolutely no acknowledgement of receipt, nor of any progress on reviewing it. Is there somebody out there who knows what is going on?

Here is a one record example of my robot’s output:

It submits “RI52540-Camilla Escarcega-Romania” and gets back “5a0707b26f6c23ee1c208fe93227165739914ef5”

The instructions are: “…security hash - Pay close attention on the formula ([ClientID]-[ClientName]-[ClientCountry] - Example: AD38755-Austin Villacorta-Italy) with no spaces between the dashes and without the brackets.”

This appears to be what I have?!

In the academy, if you click on the evaluation result you got, You will see some additional information on the evaluation. Like, number of records, correct records and completed records something like that…

Can you show a screenshot of that so that we can get an idea on which section actually caused you to lose marks…

As I see here, There were total of 12 items… But none of them were marked as Completed or Correct…

After submitting the project, Did you reset the data in the ACME system before getting the evaluation result? Resetting the data can cause this too…

I am pretty sure I reset the data. I can send it in again and see if I get another result. When I run it I have no issues getting all records Completed and with the hashcode. I cannot understand how the evaluation robot can actually run through the workflow, process 12 records and get another result.

I will resubmit now. To resubmit I have to compress the whole project work folder. I assume that is ok.

I have resubmitted the workflow folder. I have reset the data and checked all items are shown as “Open”. I have provided the uname and pw for System 1.

I now plan to rerun the robot here to count the records and get the results. A parallel run!

I resubmitted. The robot failed it again with the following information:

It appears to have processed all items but got no correct answers, whereas when I run it I process all items, all are set to Complete status and I can get the correct hashcodes back based on the PDD. I can’t move forward, because there is no information to indicate what is incorrect.

I have looked at the test data in my Acme System1 application and indeed it shows no change in anything. It looks like the robot must be updating a different data set when it is run by the Academy robot. I am going to rerun the robot here and see what output it produces, just to make sure I am not going mad.

One thing I would like to check are the instructions for packaging up and uploading the workflow for test.

I can confirm 14 transactions processed. All updated to Complete and with the correct hashcodes. I have a complete debug trace and information comment audit trail of the run including providing the values for all inputs to SHA, all the hashcodes received and the statuses set.

@Javi_Suarez tested the workflow and found it worked perfectly. He has recommended that I submit a ticket to the Academy, which I have done.
