Level 3 - Advanced Training evaluation error

Hi, maybe I’m doing something wrong with the submission of the robot, but I really don’t know what.
In my ACME control panel, in the assignment results section, assignment 1 has 16 Total items, 16 Completed items and 16 Correct items, the score is 100 and there’s even a validation code generated.
For assignment 2 everything is 0 obviously.
The mail used for logging in ACME is exactly the same as the one used for academy, but either if I load the video or the zip with the robot itself, the evaluation is 0/100 and the error is “Email/Assignment Combo not found in ACME Systems. Make sure the robot has completed the items. Make sure you use the same email address in ACME as in the UiPath Academy”
Since on the assignment results section on ACME the score is 100, and the mail is the same, what am I doing wrong?
The robot do what it should do, no errors are generated, and all it should be logged is logged (i think).
Please help me, I want to start assignment 2.

Hi! Thanks for your interest, but it seems there were a problem with the infrastructure itself. Yesterday UiPath tech support told me to try again uploading the file, and this time I got 100/100. Had to mark your post as answer to mark the thread as closed. Should I do something different?
