I am stuck with the current role frkm last 2 years and I have 17 years of IT experience and worked as Project manager, Product Owner and many other roles in my career. I am going through some of the articles and UiPath is going to be best for career change. Can anyone help to give some guidance on career change.
There is no best career change; it depends on you. RPA is a very good option if you are passionate about process improvement and integrating data between different systems and platforms. You will feel comfortable and, with time, become a skilled RPA professional.
Something positive is that within the UiPath Community, you will find all the resources necessary to grow on this path.
Please feel free to ask anything and keep connected to community events.
You’re currently managing an ‘automation team’ so you must know very well what they do day to day, is this what you see yourself doing in the future?
For me it was a simple answer… I was building automations at home (automating video games mostly) and at work (building tooling/scripts for my team) for no other reason than I enjoyed it, and this was a whole 7 years prior to getting a role in RPA. It’s a great role to be in, and the results (benefits to business) always speak for themselves.
