Try these steps: If you have MFA enabled or your org blocks basic login, the legacy SharePoint activity often won’t work.
If possible, use the “WebLogin” or “App-Only” authentication (with new SharePoint/Office 365 activities) instead of username/password.
Sometimes IT has updated sign-in policies even if the website still works - ask if anything changed for bot/service accounts.
A lot of companies are blocking legacy logins now, so using the latest Office 365 activities with modern auth is the most reliable solution going forward.
