I am unable to select my excel file to let UiPath read it why?

i have already transferred my excel file my rpa folder but when i want to select the excel file it is not there. why is that so and how do i troubleshoot it?

Hi @Gwendolyn_Toh_JiaHui

Go to the local folder and copy the path of the file and paste it in the Workbook path field in Read range workbook activity.

Workbook activities only supports two extension excel files .xlsx & .xls

The file you are trying to open is defiantly other than this. If this is the case you will have to use Excel Application Scope to work on it.
