I am unable to add job in Orchestrator but i connected machine,robot,environment and process

This issue:

the process is not appear in Job screen

Can most likely be solved by using an unattended robot rather than the Studio robot (see this comment):

Robot Not Visible To Start Job In Orchestrator

please use unattended bot to run from orchestrator. You would have created an attended or dev bot which will not get listed while trying to run via orchestrator.
