Is not possible to get messages from a shared mailbox with UiPath Exchange activities???

Although it is possible for Outlook activities.

Kindly confirm.

I’ve just run a test with version 1.10.5 and for me it works fine, i.e. the activity returns emails from a shared mailbox folder. I tested it with both Server = “https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx” and with Office 365 settings, Interactive authentication.

Please make sure you are using the email address of the shared mailbox account in SharedMailbox field, rather than the display name of the shared mailbox.
