Hi,since the UiPath update on October 8th, the Assistant has been reporting the following error
Try doing clean reinstallation of studio and assistant.
Looks like there is some incompatibility between Studio and assistant versions.
Hi,Are there any other methods? Many projects have been configured
What was the earlier version and to which version you upgraded the studio?
You can refer the compatibility matrix for more information.
It should be fine with all projects. I understood you have many machines. Just clean reinstallation should be helping you here.
I will try;Thank for ur help ![]()
Fyi, your screenshots shows you are using a Community Licence and given you are saying many projects are affected and using the robot logs like this, its suggestive that you are using this for commerical purposes. That would violate the Community Licence if so, its non commercial usage only.
Hi,Those projects were all processes developed by learning from UiPath, mostly used for handling personal files, and were not applied in business
Sad,It is dont work
I reinstalled UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant, and when I called my task from the Orchestrator, Assistant still showed a popup with Http failure response 429
Hello,
The HTTP 429 error means Too Many Requests (Rate Limiting). The Assistant is polling the Orchestrator logs endpoint too frequently.
Perhaps this is the problem:
- Check Orchestrator Rate Limits: Ask your UiPath Administrator to check the API Rate Limiting settings on the Orchestrator side (often found in
web.configif on-premises, or in Cloud limits). They are likely too restrictive. - Assistant Reset: Try a clean reinstall or clear the local cache for the UiPath Assistant.
Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll try. ![]()
