Unable to log into Assistant

Hi! I am currently taking a six course Specialization from Coursera. As part of the last course you must log into UiPath Assistant. No combination of credentials work though. I have tried to contact UiPath Learning but I get one of two error messages from the chatbot every time I try to submit my problem:

  1. “Sorry, I cannot help you any further. Maybe you can try it on a different time again” (sic)
  2. “I am sorry, looks like something went wrong. Maybe you can come back in a couple of minutes and try it again…”

Anyone know how I can contact UiPath to get this issue resolved?

If you are an Enterprise customer, you can get in contact with us through Customer Portal

If not, for every issue you need first look in forum or articles, and if nothing is helping, continue to use UiPath Forum.

Thanks for the reply. I am not an Enterprise customer so I will wait and see what advice I get here.

Do you have an account on https://cloud.uipath.com ?
Did you create an attended user in Orchestrator?
Did you install the robot in User Mode?
In UiPath Assistant, did you provide the https://cloud.uipath.com as the address and then did you try to Sing in?
