Assistant Http failure

My assistant show below error when I opened it: Http failure during parsing for UiPath
Although I can login orchestrator in cloud normally.
I have 2 PC: 1 at work and 1 at home. Assistant run normally on home PC but keep showing this error on work PC. Please help me.

Check if any network firewall is blocking the UiPath assistant network connection.

I turned off fire wall and tried again but it didn’t help.

It looks like the issue is likely due to your corporate network/proxy intercepting HTTPS traffic to cloud.uipath.com, since everything works at home but not at work.

Check if your company uses a proxy: Go to Windows Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy and check if a proxy is configured. If yes, share those settings with your IT team and ask them to whitelist cloud.uipath.com.

If there is no proxy and you are still facing errors, try troubleshooting using the built-in diagnostic tool to reveal any additional information about the error:

might be the issue is caused by corporate proxy or SSL inspection, not firewall.
Ask IT to whitelist UiPath cloud URLs without https inspection, Try to test using mobile hotspot to confirm network issue.

Hi all. Thank you for your replies. I do not think this is a network issue because I can login ‘https://cloud.uipath.com/’ normally on my browser.
I tried to uninstall and re-install UiPath but I cannot find UiPath in my ‘App & feature’ list. So, I just go ahead to re-install without remove that old version. And this solved my problem, my Assistant is working normally now.
