UiPath Robot Error Http failure response for https:/license_/api/account/xxxx-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX/account-license: 0 Unknown Error

Hi,

We have updated to Flex license. Now each time we start UiPath Assisant, we receive the below error:

image

Text:

UiPath Robot Error
Http failure response for https:/license_/api/account/02c11ec9-355f-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX/account-license: 0 Unknown Error

Other than the popup, everything seems to be fine, including the license:

We have tested to restart the client machine (where UiPath Assistant and Studio reside) and the Orchestrator server. But the error message keeps poping up each time UiPath Assistant is started. This didn’t happen with the old license and we have not updated any UiPath software before the license update.

Have anyone seen this error before?

Hi @ptrobot

Check below link

It could be some bug in the version, May I know which version are you using? Have you tried upgrading the version and check?

Hope this may help you

Thanks,
Srini

Thanks for the link. The article for the 2022.4 release so I guess it should already have been fixed in version 2023.4.

@loginerror @Pablito Is this a bug that have been reported before? We have another customer with the exact same error but we have not updated the license for them. The only common denominator is that both customers are using UiPath Studio 2023.4.4.

Customer 1 license:

Customer 2 license:

Our Client’s production Bot is also showing the same error. The version is 2023.4.
But bot works once the error pop-up is closed.

Try the https://download.uipath.com/versions/23.4.5/UiPathStudio.msi installer as it seems was fixed.
