- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, the reset email might end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there.
- Correct Email Address: Double-check the correct email address associated with the UiPath account is entered.
- Email Filters: Ensure the email provider or IT admin hasn’t blocked emails from UiPath. make sure to add uipath.com to the Allow List.
- Incognito Mode: Try opening the password reset page in an incognito or private browser window and request the reset link again.
