How to Troubleshoot Not Receiving Automation Cloud Account Password Reset Link?
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check the spam folder of the email box to make sure the reset emails are not being sent there instead of the inbox
- Have the local IT admin check mail server to confirm the mail server does not see any inbound mail from UiPath
- Try opening the page in an incognito browser window and try resetting the password again to see if the reset email is received from UiPath.
If the above does not help resolve the issue, share the following with UiPath support team:
- The user email ID that needs the password reset
- The Orchestrator URL
- The support ID for the cloud account
