Unable to reset Uipath Orchestrator account password

Hi,

I am unable to reset the account password for Orchestrator and other UIpath accounts. When i try to reset, it says an reset activation mail is triggered to my mail id but i never receive one.

Anyone facing similar issue?

May I know in which site are you trying to reset the password. And also check in spam or Promotions folder once.

Hi,

I am trying to login to platform.uipath.com

It worked fine before but for the past 1 week it stopped responding and i have tried to reset the pwd and failed.

Now Orchestrator was moved to Cloud. Use this site: cloud.uipath.com
And then use any login option like Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.

Hi,

Whichever link i use, when i try to reset the password it routes to account.uipath.com and from there i am not getting the email to reset.
