Not able to login in and reset password on orchestrator after cloud migration

after migrating to cloud How can I recover my old orchestrator account.
I tried to reset password but I am not getting any password reset link.

Follow the same link platform.uipath.com and under service u can find your existing account, but try using the same username and password to login.

on this page I tried to login with old login user name and password but it says
“Invalid email address or password” After that I tried to reset password but I am not getting any mail.

can you send the error screenshot?

In old account I use to login with “tenancyName”
But After migrating to cloud we don’t have that option.

Pls check your username and password. As per my knowledge it should work. Try not use cookies for username & password. and try entering manually.

I have checked the password and even I tried to reset password but I am not getting any mail from uipath.

We found that the mail is migrated and sendgrid successfully delivered the email. Could you please try resetting email again or check your email box? Please make sure that it is not blocked by spam filters.
