Forgot Platform.UiPath Password

Hi All,

This is Irfan. I forgot my “Platform.uipath.com” password. when I click on forgot password, it states password reset link has sent to your email. But i couldn’t find password reset link mail in my gmail. Please anyone help me with this.

Did you check the spam folder?

Also give try for couple of more times… it will work…

Hi @Irfan , Is your issue resolved? If not, can you please help with the following information.

  • When was the last time you logged in before you forgot your password?
  • Did you try social login ( Google/Microsoft/Linkedin) if your email id is capable of social login?

I sort it out bro my login issue. I was used my social “Google” Login. I forgot that and entered my email instead of using social login.
