How to trigger email received for older mails that have been moved to folder XY?

Hi guys,

so basically I have a bot that has the “Email received” activity at the start of the workflow that listenes for mails in folder XY. It is used in a way that the customer will move a mail to the folder XY and then the bot gets triggered.
This works for newer mails.
But sometimes the customer doesn’t always immediately move the mail in said folder. Then the activity won’t trigger, is there a way to fix this? I thought that this activity looks for when the mail arrives and not the actual “date” of the email.

Ah nevermind, this time around it worked for an old mail too. I don’t know last time it didn’t but maybe customer did something wrong or I did.

Turns out it won’t work when the mail has been moved to folder and is older then 1 hour.

Any ideas how to fix this? Is this configurable or something? How do you do this?
