How to solve this error with send smtp mail message activity !please help

I’m getting this error “Send SMTP Mail Message: Timed out while waiting for Mail Service to connect” while using send SMTP mail message activity recently but it used to work fine before can you let be know how to resolve it please also suggest if any alternative activities are present.Help out with this error

You can send any mail id’s by using Send Outlook Mail Message activity
