How to share a bot that uses "Use desktop Outlook App" function

Hello,

I have a bot that get’s certain emails from my outlook inbox, takes the necessary information using regex, then formats that information into a new email and sends it out.

If I want to share this bot with other users on my team do they need the raw bot and change the “Account” field in the Use Desktop Outlook App function or Is it possible that they can just run this app from UiPath Assistant once I publish mine to Orchestrator?

Welcome to the community

if you leave the connection or account as default and then run it should be enough to publish and create a process so that others can run from assistant

if you dont want to publish then you need to send file and they need to modify the account field and can use from studio
