How to send email with inline animated gifs

HI Experts,

I am trying to send email, with inline image within the email body itself.
And this inline image is an Animated Gifs.

I was able to find this custom package below (attached).
It was able to include Inline image in the email, but strangely this animated gif doesnt work.
Tried in Outlook mobile, and the Animated gif is not showing up in the email body.

Anyone can recommend an activity that can do the following:

1. Include inline image which as Animated Gif
2. The Animated gif works in Outlook mobile as well.

Is it possible to send a gif in the signature of an email?

Make sure the gif is accessible by everyone only then the person who is receiving will be able to see that gif
Else it will just like a box image
