How to scrape the desired text from email body

hi friends i am trying to scrape the employee name from the email to an excel file. Im trying to do this for multiple emails. the name is always in the same category and does not move around. can someone help me scrape it. please provide a process if possible.

sorry i treid all these methods it does not help for multiple emails
