How to reference custom variables in custom assessments from automation Hub

Hello everyone,

I have created my own high-level and detailed assessment and have a variable: hours saved.
Now I would like to create a dashboard in Insights where I can see all estimated hours saved from all submitted ideas totalled up. The problem is that I can’t find the custom variables in the suggested fields. What do I have to do to find the field?

Few points to note while creating custom variables:

  1. The Configure Custom Variables page is only available for Admins from the three-dot menu on the upper right corner of Insights page.

  2. Making sure that the custom data from logs is added

→ To include custom variables for processes, make sure the logs are added to the automation processes by using the Add Log Fields activity.

→ To include custom variables for queues, make sure they are added in the workflows using the right activities: Add Queue Item for Specific Data, and Set Transaction Status for Output Data and Analytics Data.
