How to move data from excel to form in a browser window using uipath

I know how to login to the browser and get to the page I want. I am stuck on how to open the excel file, read the data on a row and enter it into the form on the browser. On all rows after the first one in excel , I need to open a new tab in the browser window and do the same thing.
