Hi @ARahman!
Yes, you can. The usual way of writing to excel from UiPath processes is to built a data table inside of UiPath, and then write the range to an Excel sheet using the write range activity within an Excel Scope.
You can also right to single cells if that better suits your needs. Again, you will need to create an Excel Scope to work within, then write the output variable(s) to the cell(s).
