How to monitorize a image and do action after a change

Hi there,

Iam starting to check how to deal with Uipath, and i would like to have some ideas, to do the following simple task:

• Put it to play a “guitar hero” type of game, like this:

So its pretty simple, everytime the red bar reach the bottom, i have to press the correspondent Key ( a, s, d, or f) on the keyboard, on the correspondent collumn.

its the first time iam touching on uipath, so i dont have that much ideia… But somehow i have to monitorize the bottom bar and when it changes, it would make the “pressing key” action. But i dont know how to do it…

Can anyone give me a idea?
