How to make the selectBoxes must choose one option through Form Designer setting?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for asking a stupid question, I though it’s easy and understood how to use it even the first time.

Here’s the pic I made the setting of Form Designer

But I can choose one option during the preview mode, but cannot even select any option when I ran it.

Does anyone can tell me the point?
