How to identify SAP elements?

Hello,

facing difficulty working with SAP applications in our environment. Uipath is not able to identify the elements and considering whole SAP app as one element. tried changing the settings at client & server side as suggested in the SAP tutorial, but none made a difference.

Is there any other setting we can try identifying elements?

Is this for all the citrix activity or for few activities ?
Did click text working fine?

No. The sap loads in browser

is it same for all the website or only for sap.
If it’s not working only for SAP then @badita might help you on this.
