How to extract radio button value from TIFF file using document understanding

Hi, I am facing issue while extracting radio button value from TIFF file(scanned doc) in document understanding. Can you please suggest any solution for extracting correct value from radio button/ check box. I tried multiple ocr engines like document ocr, microsoft ocr ,…but no result. attached the image file.

Hello what’s the extraction method you’re using, is it ML model or Forms Extractor?
