In 2020 feb I have completed the UiPath Advanced Certification after that I downloaded the completion certificate on the same day, but now I lost that certificate, please someone guide me that how do I download the certificate again.

I think from June 2021 we cannot download our legacy certificate. If you done your certification with Pearson VUE you can try in the below link on how to download certificate from cert metrics.
UiPath Advanced Developer Free certification not exists anymore instead UiPath introduced two new certifications for Associate and Advanced one. Please refer below thread to know more about it.
Note: I guess your certification is already expired now as free certification is valid for 1 year only.

GenerateYearlyReport and CalculateClient Security Hash
If you have done and Uploaded I think that may be the advanced Free Certificate
from the academy.uipath.com
