How to download package from tenant than personal workspace?

in my Assistant, I was not able to download package from Tenant
only personal workspace is visible.
what can I do?
previously I used studioX
and recently bought studio (3 days ago)

at studio, I can see to publish to Tenant processes Feed
what is different the Tenant processes Feed and personal workspace feed
and how to make assistant download package from both feed or tenant feed?
and what advantage tenant feed have?

1. For Personal Workspace Feed:

  1. Publishing from Studio:
  • When publishing from UiPath Studio, make sure you select the option to publish to your “Personal Workspace” feed.
  1. Assistant Configuration:
  • Open UiPath Assistant.
  • Check if the package is visible in the Assistant under the “Personal Workspace” feed.

2. For Tenant Processes Feed:

  1. Publishing from Studio:
  • When publishing from UiPath Studio, choose the option to publish to the “Tenant Processes Feed” in Orchestrator.
  1. Orchestrator Configuration:
  • Ensure the package is successfully published to the “Tenant Processes Feed” in Orchestrator.
  1. Assistant Configuration:
  • Open UiPath Assistant.
  • Configure the Assistant settings to point to the Orchestrator Tenant feed.
    • Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom-left corner.
    • Under ‘Packages,’ select the Orchestrator feed.

3. Advantages of Tenant Processes Feed:

  • Collaboration: Share packages with team members in the same Orchestrator.
  • Centralized Management: Manage and control package versions centrally.
  • Access Control: Admins can control who can access and download packages.

    Orchestrator Personal Workspace Feed: This is an individual’s space in Orchestrator where you can publish and manage your own processes, libraries, and packages. Only you have access to your personal workspace, and it’s typically used for personal development and testing.
    Orchestrator Tenant Processes Feed: The Tenant feed is a shared space in Orchestrator where processes and packages can be published and shared with others within the same organization. It allows for collaboration, version control, and centralized management of automation assets.

  2. Configuring Assistant to Download Packages:

  • When you publish a process in UiPath Studio, you can choose to publish it to either your Personal Workspace or the Tenant feed.
  • In UiPath Assistant, you need to configure it to connect to Orchestrator and specify the appropriate feed from which to download packages.
  1. Advantages of Tenant Feed:
  • Collaboration: Multiple developers can publish and share processes in a centralized space.

unable to configure Assistant to connect to orchestrator tenant

Steps to Configure Assistant for Tenant Feed:

  • Open UiPath Assistant.
  • Click on the icon with your Initial present in the top right corner.

  • Navigate to the Orchestrator Settings.

  • Configure the Orchestrator connection by providing the Orchestrator URL and your credentials.
  • Once connected, you may need to select the correct Orchestrator service (Tenant) if there are multiple services available.

my UiPath assistant is different.
very simple unchangable data for orchestrator settings.

If you publish an Package into Orchestrator Tenant Process Feed your process will be visible in UiPath Assistant too. You can Install the process and run it from assistant.

no.

I published to tenant and personal workspace both with different version.

only workspace uploaded version was available.
