How can i screenscrape a particular area of an image located in a folder dynamically?

Usecase

I want to get the address part of all the id cards saved in a particular folder and also everything should dynamically happen. I couldn’t use screen scraping feature that is available, because in that the user should open the image file manually and select the particular area containing address.
